Cookies, Cookies and More Cookies!

Holidays and cookies go together like any other classic duo, like peanut butter and jelly or Abbot and Costello. I can remember spending Christmas Eve, Eve with my mother baking snowballs and other family favorites all night.

A group of New York City area bloggers brought together dozens of food bloggers, writers and personalities for the first NYC Food Blogger Cookie Swap at Angus McInode in Manhattan Friday. It was so much fun seeing all the variety of cookies, meeting the people I tweet and making new Twitter friends.

Here a few photos, but see all the fun, check out my Facebook page.

I made bourbon raisin cookies, (I'll be sharing the recipe later this week).
