Vegan, Gluten-Free Easter Recipes

With Easter just a few days away, here are several of my favorite holiday-inspired recipes that will have vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike asking for a second serving.

  1. I want all of these things! Thanks so much for sharing these recipes--I am actually looking for something festive (and vegetarian) to make (and much prefer a lighter dish... so the lemon basil lentil salad may win out this weekend).
